Terms of use.

These draft terms are prepared for review before public launch. Operator details and any jurisdiction-specific provisions remain to be finalized.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. Your Card must represent you. Keep access to your sign-in account secure, and do not use multiple accounts to manipulate participation.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. By submitting content, you permit Prestige to store, process, moderate, and display it as needed to provide the features you choose, subject to your deletion controls and the Privacy Notice.

Participation and standings

Evaluations and standings reflect participation in Prestige; they are not objective judgments of a person’s worth. Rankings can change as new evidence is received or abuse is corrected. Do not automate, purchase, coordinate, or otherwise manipulate evaluations.

Challenges

Each Challenge’s official rules describe its eligibility, deadlines, judging, and any prize. Read and accept those rules before entering. Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in administering Prestige Challenges.

Community safety

Follow the Community Rules. Prestige may review or restrict content and accounts, and correct affected results. Use the report and block controls to raise concerns.

Leaving Prestige

You may pause your Card or request account deletion in Settings. The Privacy Notice explains how account information and de-identified evaluation evidence are handled.
